MMI Projects is directed by Ian (who is dedicated to serve all those with whom we deal; with unsurpassed excellence); Ian manages a small team of highly skilled and fully qualified contractors to meet all individual project specification.

    We offer and facilitate all your project needs for your home improvements. From start to finish, we offer a reliable, cost-effective service for all our customers. We wouldn’t hand our homes over to just anybody, so as our valued client, you can trust us to undertake work on your home as if it was our own.

  • We are based in sunny Manchester, so naturally, most of our projects tend to be in and around Manchester. However, we are happy to consider projects nationwide (our furthest project to date is the beautiful Colwyn Heights in North Wales).

  • We undertake consultations and begin projects whenever it is convenient for you. We understand everyone has busy schedules, so we don’t pressure you to squeeze us into our availability, instead, we plan around your schedule.

  • As a team, we take a collaborative approach, pooling all our skills and knowledge together to ensure each project is planned, executed, and completed to a high standard. No matter what the work is and the size of the project, we maintain the same high standard and enthusiasm.
